Showcasing our successful implementations of DfMA, Digital Twins, and Smart Logistics across high-profile developments.

This project upgrades existing cast-in-situ public toilets at 75 locations, mainly in remote village areas, into MiC modules with smart facilities for easier future maintenance. It is delivered as a design-and-build project under the Main Contractor and ArchSD supervision, with MiCON leading project coordination for CSCES as the MiC supplier while aligning architectural, structural, MEP, site logistics, and smart system installation works.

This appointment covers MiC design consultancy, procurement alignment, and construction-stage project management for a large-scale development. MiCON coordinates consultant inputs, fabrication workflows, statutory interfaces, and installation sequencing to keep the program efficient and technically aligned across the full delivery cycle.

The project develops a purpose-built student hostel scheme using modular construction principles to improve delivery speed and build quality. MiCON supports design coordination, buildability reviews, consultant alignment, and phased implementation planning to streamline the project from concept through execution.

This tender-stage engagement focused on modular design review, buildability analysis, and submission support for a student hostel development. MiCON prepared technical coordination inputs and construction methodology recommendations to strengthen feasibility, cost control, and program certainty.

This feasibility study assessed DfMA opportunities for a smart public toilet prototype, covering modularization potential, logistics constraints, and installation efficiency. MiCON reviewed technical options and delivery scenarios to define a practical path for future deployment.

This project supported transitional housing tender preparation with a focus on rapid delivery, modular coordination, and site implementation planning. MiCON contributed technical coordination, methodology review, and program input to help the team shape a faster and more reliable execution strategy.

This project aims to construct 140 Transitional Housing Units (100 MiC Steel Modules), 4 storey high, CFA~2700m2. MiCON involved in the factory coordination in the design stage, site logistic, interface construction, assembly and zip up construction for the MiC units on site.

This project aims to site formation works for the Kwu Tung North New Development. One of its majority works include construction of road and associated road drainage system. There are more than 50 nos. of special manholes with sizing at least 3500 x 5000 footprint required with numbers of utilities and pipes intersecting the manholes. The works carry out systematic design tailored and ease for each manhole and backdrop capable for factory fabrication, logistic and on site assembly and zip up works.

This project aims to improve the drainage system in TST district and associated enhancement works. One of the highlights is to build a toilet to replace a substandard toilet in TST using MiC Method. MiCON involved in the structural detailed design feasible for construction, coordination with factory for shop drawings and fabrication process.

This project aims to upgrade existing cast-in-situ Steel Twin Lift Towers (2 units) to MiC Lift Towers. Apart from traditional MiC construction, the lift components will also be installed in the modules in factory for minimizing MEP installation on site. MiCON is responsible for structural design ease for factory fabrication covering architectural, structural and MEP aspects, logistic and site assembly construction.

This pilot study covers site formation works for the Kwu Tung North New Development, focusing on the construction of road and associated road drainage system. The works involve design, supply, delivery and site assembly of one special manhole with a footprint of 4500 x 5500 (mm²) x 5600 mm (H) with two backdrops within 3 months, demonstrating the DfMA approach for over 50 similar manholes required in the full project.

This project aims to construct a 22-storey youth hostel in Mongkok, comprising approximately 2900m² CFA serving 72 youth hostel units, with a management office and communal facilities at the 1st to 4th floors. The work includes Architectural, Structural and BS design for the Steel MiC modules as single unit as well as a whole, connection details between modules and cast-in-situ portions, and temporary storage and logistic design.

This project aims to construct a transitional housing development and associated facilities in Tsing Lung Tau, comprising 3 storeys with 1 residential block serving 85 units. The work includes Architectural, Structural and BS design for the Steel MiC modules. MiCON is responsible for factory coordination, logistic, construction, assembly and zip up construction for the MiC units on site.

This project aims to construct a transitional housing development and associated facilities at Hung Lok Road, proposing 488 units serving 1090 residents across 4 storeys in 2 residential blocks. MiCON handles design coordination for the contractor team covering connection details, statutory submissions, programme management, and temporary storage and logistic design.

Development and implementation of a digital QA/QC tracking system for MiC module manufacturing and delivery, enabling real-time quality monitoring and documentation throughout the factory fabrication and site installation process.

Design, supply and installation of MiC modules for a correctional service facility, covering full MiC delivery coordination from design stage through factory fabrication to on-site assembly.
